Mindfulness: regular sessions

Weekly mindfulness

Monday:           18:30-19:45

Tuesday:           11:00-12:15

Wednesday :   18:30-19:45

Friday:              11:00-12:15

Saturday:        16:30-17:45

Each session includes:

  • Mindful walking or movement (20 mins)
  • A guided meditation (30 mins)
  • A sharing time (10 mins)


No experience necessary.


Price 5€ per session (or 3€ in case of financial difficulties), possibility to buy a card of 10 sessions + 1 free, payment by cash or cheque.

Silent mindful days

The following Saturdays:

  • 28th March, 18th April, 9th May, 6th June 2026


Come and spend an entire day being mindful.


From 10:00 to 16:00 we will be in silence and will do several practices:

  • Guided meditations
  • Mindful walking around our zen garden
  • Mindful movement (gentle yoga)
  • Mindful eating (bring your picnic lunch)


From 16:00 to 17:00, possibility to stay and enjoy our jacuzzi and sauna (optional)


Reservation obligatory. Maximum 12 participants:

  • 25€ for the mindful day (deposit of 15€ required - not reimbursable in case of cancellation)
  • +5€ for the spa option
