Who are we ?
Rainbow Mindfulness is a meditation centre in Fréjus in the South of France, as well as a not-for-profit organisation.
Our objective is to help you wake up and enjoy every moment of your one precious life.

- Twice-daily mindfulness sessions - design your own programme for the rest of the day
- Access to pool, meditation room and zen garden
Meditation room
Our light and spacious meditation room has four large bay windows overlooking the garden.
The room has a beautiful wooden floor, modern heating and air-conditioning, a kitchen area and toilet/shower.
We provide everything you need to find a comfortable meditation posture including chairs, cushions, meditation benches and yoga mats.
Swimming pool & zen garden
Our meditation centre is located in the grounds of a beautiful Provencal villa in the South of France.
The meditation studio is surrounded by a zen garden with a wooden deck and a fish pond. We often practice mindful walking around this peaceful garden.
We also have a lovely swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and a Balinese four-poster bed. During your "Mindful Holiday" you will be able to enjoy the pool.
