Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is an internationally recognised programme that has been shown to have many beneficial effects on physical and mental health.
The MBSR program includes:
- 8 sessions of 2.5 hours each
- A day of silent retreat
- A series of guided meditation recordings for daily practice at home
- A 100-page workbook
- Free access to other weekly mindfulness sessions
Price €195 (possibility of a discount in case of financial difficulties).
