Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is an internationally recognised programme that has been shown to have many beneficial effects on physical and mental health.


The MBSR program includes:

  • 8 sessions of 2.5 hours each
  • A day of silent retreat
  • A series of guided meditation recordings for daily practice at home
  • A 100-page workbook
  • Free access to other weekly mindfulness sessions


Price €195 (possibility of a discount in case of financial difficulties).
