What is a lucid dream?

A lucid dream is a dream in which we are aware that we are dreaming.  if we manage not to wake up and to stay lucid in our dream, we have infinite possibilities to accomplish anything we can imagine!

Benefits and applications of lucid dreaming

- Therapeutic: nightmares, addictions, post-traumatic stress, exploration of the subconscious, inner child work

- Spiritual: practicing meditation and mindfulness, asking questions to guides, unmasking illusions, reducing our fear of death

- Creative: having ideas, problem resolution, finding answers to questions, sports training

- Fun: lucid dreaming is really very fun because there is no limit to what we can do!

How to have lucid dreams

There are numerous techniques to put in place practice regularly in order to start to have lucid dreams. Helen shares her expertise and advice in lucid dream conferences and during regular meet-ups for people already practicing lucid dreaming and for those wishing to develop this ability.
