Who are we?

Our purpose is to help you wake up and enjoy every moment of your one precious life, through the offerings of mindfulness, psychotherapy and lucid dreaming.

Rainbow Mindfulness is a meditation centre, and a not-for-profit association, based in Fréjus in the South of France.

Our offerings include:

Mindfulness

• MBSR, an 8-week programme in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
• Bi-weekly sessions of mindful movement and guided meditations
• Monthly Plum Village sangha meetings where we practice the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh

Psychotherapy

• Therapy and follow-up
• Psychological support
• In-person or online

Lucid dreaming

• Conferences
• Courses/groups in person and online

We also host residential retreats in our beautiful villa with its light and airy meditation room, zen garden, relaxing swimming pool and terrace, and modern comfortable apartments.

We regularly hire our meditation room to like-minded associations/professionals offering related activities including psychotherapy, yoga, intuitive singing, and sound bath meditations.
